With LIGHFBOX 180°, your mind is in for an incredible treat. Each box contains 180 cards that help you grow self-awareness through challenging prompts and questions. As you move through each card, you exercise flexibility in your thinking, practice shifting in your perspective, and grow self-mastery. The content on each card varies from highly instructive to more self-guided. This is intentional and builds greater familiarity to and tolerance of various emotions. The instructions are simple: Go in order. Start with card 1° and after completion, move on to card 2°. Follow the prompt and respond to the question to facilitate mental growth. Once you have finished all 180 cards, you will have made a 180° turn and built substantial mental strength.
