what is shame and how do we become resilient to it? how is shame different from guilt? What are the strategies that we need to build resilience and how can we practice these strategies more often? i can’t wait to explore shame with you, as it shows up in and out of my office all the time. 

listen, shame is part of the human experience. avoidance and denial don't get us very far and are not very effective in allowing us to grow strategies that build resilience to shame. in this episode, i serve up a few simple strategies to build resilience around shame and reminds us that in order to do better we have to know better. let’s get to it folks.
