the power of play

how do you integrate play into your activity and routine? what are the ways you can learn to grow an internal coach? And, where do most people get stuck when trying to set big goals? all this and so much more with the incredible, megan roche.

megan joined the SWAP coaching team in 2016. she is the 2016 USATF Women’s Ultra Trail Runner of the Year and Sub-Ultra Trail Runner of the Year, a four-time national champion, the North American Mountain Running Champion, and a six-time member of Team USA. she attended Duke University, where she played on the field hockey team and raced on the cross country and track teams before graduating with a degree in neuroscience. megan received her medical degree from Stanford University in 2018.

on today's podcast, Megan and i get curious about what it means to integrate play into your activity and why this matters so much, and how the stories we tell ourselves can limit our own participation in challenges - both mental and physical. It's an open, honest, and fun conversation for a perfect near-Spring feeling!
